Trecastell Hotel Re opening under Covid 19 Rules
The list below is for your, other guests and staff safety and wellbeing during your visit.
We will endeavour to make your visit as normal as possible in these restricted circumstances.
Things may take slightly longer due to the restrictions that we are allowed to open under, but would ask for your patience and understanding.
Should you find in the list below something that you feel unable or reluctant to adhere to then our hotel is not the place for you to visit as these measures are to protect you and others.
When entering the hotel, please use hand sanitiser provided and maintain social distancing.
As per government guidelines, we will ask you for details connected with “NHS Track and Trace”. These will be stored for 21 days then destroyed and only made available to public health bodies and no one else.
The bar and restaurant are open from 12 daily with last food orders at 8.45 everyday and booking is essential. We will be providing an evening meal from a limited menu. We are also signed up for the “eat out to help out” scheme served all day Monday to Wednesday. This will be 2 course meal with free drink for £20 per person and you only pay £10 each. Due to high volumes of customers and the social distancing rules, we will only seat those that have booked a table.
We are also doing our famous Sunday roast which will be served from the kitchen. It will not be as a carvery until allowed and safe to do so.
The children’s play area is open.
We understand that this situation is not ideal, but by you following the information provided above, we can all remain safe and be able to enjoy the relative freedom in this forever changing world we all live in. PLEASE DON’T SPOIL OTHERS NIGHT OUT. These will change as restrictions are gradually eased and we would welcome any comments should we have missed something.
We hope you enjoy your visit with us at the Trecastell
